How To Relieve Circulation Problems Using A Mattress

16-02-2011

If you have circulation problems then you need to make sure you have a high quality memory foam mattress as it will help you enormously. It is when you sleep that your circulation system should be working at its best, moving all the nutrients, gases, liquids and waste products around your body. If you wake in the morning feeling short of breath, with numb hands and feet, a lack of stamina or irregular heartbeats, it may be that you are suffering from poor circulation.

If you have an old foam or spring mattress, then this could be contributing to the problem. This is because they do not mould to the body. Rather, they create pressure points that block your circulatory system. This can lead to permanent blockages and build up of harmful substances. Because these old style mattresses are not supple yet supportive, they can exacerbate existing conditions, leading to a deterioration of your health.

Memory foam mattresses mould themselves perfectly to your body, meaning that there is no chance there will be any pressure points. This means that your circulatory system is able to work to the best of its abilities while you are in bed, meaning you will wake feeling refreshed and recharged.
